[GAMEPLAY] Lulu & Winter Wonder Lulu Run Animation Not Working

Normally, when Lulu gets a movement speed boost (such as Homeguard or Sivir's Ultimate) that isn't her Whimsy (W) or purchases tier 2+ boots (like Sorcerer's Shoes), she runs, rather than walks. (Casting Whimsy on herself lets her ride her staff like a magic broom, which still works.) However, currently, there is no running animation, except on Star Guardian Lulu (can't totally confirm, as I only have Winter Wonder Lulu).

1. Start the game as Lulu with any skin other than Star Guardian Lulu.
2. Move around with the Homeguard buff active. Normally, this should use her running animation, but it doesn't.

This happens 100% of the time, over at least 40 games. This was in the previous patch, too.
