[Bug][Gameplay] Flash bug in OGN game CJ vs KT game 1

at around 1910 there was a bug that i has happened to me. So this is what happened.

  • lissandra ulted orianna
  • Lissandra used Ring of Frost
  • Orianna probably buffered flash
  • Orianna flashed and after flash was rooted by ring of frost

The bug is taht since she was already rooted by ring of frost prior to flashing she shouldn't have been able to flash. This might have to do with the new flash coding but i am not sure.
