Pyke Bug
Playing as poppy against an enemy pyke and i got a your cut item watch the inventory.

You have a Sylas on your team who stole Pyke's ult, this isn't a bug. If you look at the kill log (when Sylas kills Xin Zhao) you can see your icon highlighted, that shows who the "Your Cut" item goes to.
