League Login Client

When i try to log into league the login client is just black with League of Legends 6.4.16_02_22_17_11 in the upper left corner. Then the client closes completely, because it says the version i know my client is updated but it still will not let me log on, any suggestions, I have restarted my computer 4 times and shut it down completely twice.

Why am i seeing where black should write my name and password? Whait 5 days to repair,but nothing. Please riot game HELP ME!!
