Don't punish players for abandoning games when your servers cause the problem [Client]

It's really quite obnoxious when I am disconnected from a game during champion select because I "lost connection to the servers," and then have to wait another 5 minutes to play because I "abandoned a game."

As a player, why am i being punished for "abandoning" a game when your servers kicked me off? That seems unbelievably dumb and unfair. This happens all the time, week to week, in both ranked and standard games. I have lost something like hours of time waiting for queues that I shouldn't have to wait for in the first place.

To the haters: no, there aren't any problems with my internet connection. No, I don't experience this issue playing any other game, including dota 2.
