Champion select timer fails (on slow connection)

some days I have connection problems, lots of lag and ping, but it isn't the problem. When my connection delay to connect to server (in champ selection for example) the timer for the champ selection (or ban pick in ranked) are bugged and show a false value, so you can get kicked if you are not able to select or still choosing a champion. I'm sorry but i have no screens for that. may you investigate please?
