lol interactions with another windows program

when i run "Virtual Router Manager" (official site here -> https://virtualrouter.codeplex.com/) and League of Legends together (windows 7 , LAN connection) they run into conflict, and I get always disconnected from the PvP server (but i am able to start a match causing the most of the times a crash during the load screen) and the usual functions of "Virtual Router Manager" are compromised. No screens for that, it looks like a normal disconnection from servers. thanks for your work
