Is Jinx ult bug ever going to be fixed?

I think everyone is aware is the Jinx ult bug and it's pretty game changing since it could be the difference of getting a kill or two and snowballing or missing that chance and letting the enemy live. I don't know what triggers it but from what I've seen it looks like it happens when Jinx is snared/Bound (like Caitlyn trap or Morgana Binding) or whenever someone flashes when Jinx ults close to the enemy (like a face ult and it's flashed away from, usually backwards flash).
