Warwick - Q-Spell problem

Last night i played Warwick and the Q-spell did not work always - it worked sometimes during the same game. The other spells did work, and my keyboard works fine.

So i have no idea what the prblem was.

My ping was arround 120ms and i usualy play with that ping so that should not be the problem either
