[GAME] Zac's passive and Fiora's ult

so i dont quite know if this is a bug but when fiora ults zac when his passive is up fiora ult registers as the target is dead

the way you reproduce this event is

1. zac passive up when fiora ult up
2. fiora ults zac
3. fiora activates zac passive
4. fiora's ult will go off and create the circle of healing

but she did not kill her target and did not hit all 4 vitals

this can occur every time fiora ult and zac passive is up at the same time
