Yasuo bug

I realise this has been out for a long time, and the fact that it isn't getting fixed is slightly annoying, the bug dosent change much, just makes his kit flow less (get it... FLOW! killme xd) but to recreate this, get third tornado stack, knock the enemy up dash to the target and mid dash spam r. is really easy to do just wanted to let people know :)

( also don't comment about the builds, they are like that for the cdr : U )
