Ranked 3s matches not giving ip or showing up in Team match history

After playing around 5-6 ranked games on Treeline, my friends and I noticed that we weren't gaining IP or LP. After checking it doesn't show up in our team match history but it does appear in our normal match history. Further this issue occurred as we finished our placements.

There's been a number of reports about TT issues this season. Sadly Riot seemingly hasn't acknowledged any of them.
