[GAMEPLAY] Righteous Glory giving no bonus movement speed

After playing a few games and buying the Righteous Glory item often when I support I noticed that when I used its active the bonus move speed was not given to myself or my team mates. Honestly I don't know how often this bug occurs to be honest but I've noticed it a few times as I would use it to try and help my team re-position and the movement speed would not occur at all.

I apologize if this seems incoherent and confusing and as such if any more information is needed just ask.

Were you running towards the enemy or away from them? Because the movement speed from Righteous Glory is only given when you're running towards an enemy so this may be why you didn't get the movement speed.

Thank you both for responding. I don't think I was in the range of the enemies for it to count when I had used it then. Still thank you for helping clear up my mistake.
