Ahri charm bugged.

I'm playing on Patch 7.11

Ahri's charm is no longer consistent. When landed, while most of the time it works as intended and the target becomes charmed and walks toward ahri, sometimes the target will simply stand in place or continue to walk away from ahri while exhibiting "feared" like responses. As far as I can tell this is not an issue of players having abilities queued that are going off right before ahri charm takes effect.

This has been happening to me and does not seem to have been patched as of June 5th. I've seen other posts with the same issue as linked above.

This has become apparent in not only my games and other forum posts, but I've noticed the issue in pro stream clips from Dyrus and Doublelift:
