Banshee's Veil bugged
Was playing against morg and she had banshees permanently up and it was permanently active. I hit her with MF e several times without black shield and she wasn't slowed, nor would banshee's disappear. seems bugged.

Miss Fortune's E doesn't Proc it because it isn't a "spell".... <---(Makes no sense)
I'm not sure WHY this isn't clearly explained, but because MF's E is a DoT (Damage over Time just in case you haven't heard,) it doesn't break the active effect...
I'm sure you can see why, because you are really only hitting her with about 1/8 of the ability when she stands in it for a second.
The point is, you would need to use your Q on her to break it and I don't think your ultimate would break it either, although one round of bullets might
