Champ Select Bug, can't choose champion. [CLIENT]

The video pretty much shows every thin that happens. But in short, when the enemy team picked their last champion with 0 seconds showing on the timer, it bugged so that i couldn't choose my champion. Resulting in me dodging the game unintentionally and having a dodge timer. I haven't been able to replicate this, as it seems to happen only when the enemy locks in at 0 seconds. If the Queue matters, it was Ranked Solo/Duo.
