Client just won't open?

Anybody else having this issue right now? I went into my client, the play button was greyed out and told me to restart, and then I only get the PVP.net Patch kernal is not responding every time.

I've never experienced this issue in years and tried running as administrator.

EDIT: After the 20th attempt it just decided to open finally.
