Was playing Teemo last night (ikr? disgusting) and I noticed something when I went against a rengar top. Rengar's Q is auto attack based (resets his autos, doesnt work on turrets, ect..) but how come when teemo blinds rengar his Q still goes off? Same with nidalee's cougar form Q, they are auto attack based skills but they still hit? But this isn't the case for Ezreal Q which is also an on hit spell. So is this a bug? Or is this intended?
Wanted to pop in with regards to Vi's E interacting wth Teemo's Blind as well.
As an empowered autoattack, her E should miss if she gets it off. However as a Vi player it seems to alternate between dealing damage and missing - for example, in one game, both my autoattack E and the area-of-effect cone dealt damage to Teemo while blinded, while in a different game (most recent patch) damage from both the auto and the cone "missed" as should be. I've only had two Teemo games as Vi recently so I'm not sure what causes it.
