Tristana W Reset Bug

So I've been playing new Tristana quite a bit, and I've noticed something which has gotten me killed a few times. On Kills or Assist her W isn't a 100% reset. Sometimes it resets, sometimes it doesn't, even sometimes it halves the CD of it.
