[CLIENT] Influence Points Visual Bug

This has been going on for my account for a long time. It just happened and I can't really explain how it happened. It just popped up and I get really annoyed when it started to happen. The math when you compare the runes to the new balance doesn't add up to the visual display of IP near the RP display.

This is a bug on the Beta Client, please utilize the Legacy Client to make your purchases. The bug is being looked into at this time.
