[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi's tentacles can't be targeted by ziggs basic attacks

I just played a game as Ziggs top vs Illaoi and instead of targeting the tentacles, I just moved to the location about 75% of the time. Even when directly on top, I just stood there and didn't attack. The sword icon didn't even appear. Needless to say, I got pummeled instead. It seemed I could only target them when Illaoi was not in lane or controlling them. I had to quit the game to prevent raging because that was bs. It happened for 15 minutes before I quit and other team members saw it too. Thank you.
