Bugs on my two favorite champions

So my favorite champions, Sion and Urgot, have pretty annoying bugs with them. First off, whenever sion E's a low health minion, it just disappears and doesn't give gold or exp. Furthermore, Urgot's shotgun knees proc on Illaoi tentacles and gangplank barrels. I don't know if this bug was intended, but I feel like gp barrels and tentacles should act the same as wards, they don't proc his knees. This is pretty annoying especially early game, since your shotgun knees cd are 30s long at level 1. Also, add to the fact that PTA disappears when used on a shaco clone (I don't know if that PTA bug is fixed yet or not, but its frustrating).
