This has been happening to me for a long time, WAY before the newest patch.
I've just recently encountered this bug since the latest patch and have never had this problem before. It's extremely aggravating when you're a jungler and can't even gank because your champion doesn't respond to your movement commands. "OH ENEMY IM GONNA AUTO AND KEEP AUTOING UNTIL I DIE."
Can confirm "red marker bug" is still there. Dealing with it now, force quitting and reconnecting has always worked in the past but now for some reason my screen is locked in free camera but won't move off the fountain so I can't do anything now. Plz riot fix this!
