PATCH 6.8 BUG WITH GAME

i have tryed to get back in to my rank game i havent done anything i used to get dced alot of game of games from but sins octorber i had a good internet and was able to play more for 6 months i had no problmes and for some reason i was gone for like 3 weeks check my history plez so the frist i played 2 normals but when i went in to rank its wouldnt let me back in -_- so i tryed and tryed and tryed and restared my laptop nothing working BUT when the game was over it loaded me in perfect but can i know why for my frist time in a very very long time with no erros or leaves i got a 20 min back for 5 games ? who can i speck with about this
