bard bug

for some reason when i bard ? i cant get in to my game and it crashes can i have some help? it happen 3 times now i think and i thought it was just my internet but no only when i go bard in normals or rank it crashes oh and wont let me join back at all i tryed everything resting internet open and closeing league and my laptop rest nothing
