Whenever someone pings a summoner spell it never shows up and the next time someone types something the pinger's name would show up, the current time stamp, then whatever was next in chat right next to it. Apparently it isn't happening to other people when I asked. This bug also only happens in live as it works as intended in practice tool. Any recommendations on how to fix this?
This happened to me last game as well. The pings didn't show up if I pinged them or if other summoners on my team did, and the bug was present pinging both teammate and enemy spells.
This also happened to me. I would like to specify that I am playing on a Mac. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and they worked for about 2 games, but after it bugged out again. For me, I can ping my own spells and the ones of my teammates but when I ping enemy summoner spells or simply ennemies (i.e. Zed) it does a weird thing in my chat and my teammates cannot see my ping. I feel like this is a pretty big issue as communication is quite important. Hoping for a fix sooner rather than later. Thanks.
