Ascension Skarner Passive [Gameplay]

Not sure whether this is a bug or not but when I played a game of Ascension as Skarner my passive spires never appeared throughout the entire game. The last time I played last rotation they did appear. I pretty much played without a passive throughout the entire game. Not sure whether this is worth fixing for this rotation, but please make sure its there for the next one. Thanks.
