[Client] Cant change Champion after Choosing a Champ but not locking in

In the Last two weeks ive had this bug occur two times where i cant choose my champ even when not locked in meaning its forcing me to dodge or just play a champ i dont wan't. I dont know how to reproduced it but i figured its a pretty bad bug so i dont really know what to do.
