In the last time playing sion i expierienced a bug while being in passive ravenous and titanic hydra only sometimes proc but not always when hitting someone and i think thats a bug and im sion main and that makes me sad Sion

Sane thing with item 3124 it only sometimes works as hitting and it seems you need to wait for what ever stacks you had need to drop off
