So... I get on, and I notice I'm no longer able to USE Pulsefire . Friends have recordings of me USING Pulsefire ! So... what gives?

Sometimes this is caused by a chargeback issue, the person who gifted it to you cancelled the payment after the fact and all content purchased with that rp was thus removed.

If that isn't the case, contact riot support and have them look at your account.

So, I can't get it back since they already paid you guys and for the skin?
