Did not get credit for promo game yesterday evening

Good day,

I won my last ranked match yesterday around 615 p.m. Central time and was not awarded a win. I was in promos to make it back to Gold III and the win did not register. As soon as the enemy team surrendered, the game closed and I could not log in for the rest of the evening. Could you please look into this?

same for me, I had a victory in ranked with Vi and I didn't even get IP for the match
