As I'm sure a lot of people have noticed, Xin's Q (Three Talon Strike) is incredibly bugged, I'm assuming, as of last patch.

From my personal experience about 50% of the time, the third knock-up strike either does absolutely nothing or it slightly roots the target for a fraction of a second.

With this bug becoming more and more known, it has become commonplace to give the enemy team a Xin Zhao in Nemesis Draft knowing that an amount of the power in his kit is not functioning properly.

So please if any Reds see this, tell whoever your superior is to shut everyones favorite gladiator down until further bugfixes.

Just commented on another post about this but are you 100% positive that it isn't knocking them up or just sure that it doesn't show them being knocked up? Someone posted a while back that they'd tested it and confirmed it was only a visual bug meaning they are still knocked up to the game but you don't see them bounce up as if they are.

It's 80% not working. Works on some champs on others it doesn't do anything.
