new client lag on champion picking

when u wanna pick or ban something in this mode the client has an almost 1 sec lag , and if u wanna pick or ban a champ at the last sec it won let u and say : "there was an error picking ur champ " and make u face the penalty , i mean why should i face the penalty just becuz ur client is not good enough ???
