Blitz sheild bug

Hi riot in my last games with blitz with mmrghostwest acc on west server i saw a bug :/ The enemies tried to kill me and my passive turned on and it absorbed some damage too but after they killed me and i respawned there was a pemenat sheild on my hp bar , i mean this new shield didn't absorb any damage but it was shown on my hp bar forever . It was like a useless animation :( Enemies and me could see my shield and they did n't understand what sort of shield is this and whenever i took damage i lose my hp not that shield plz fix this this only happened on blitz not any other champ :/
