No champions in champ select - bug [CLIENT]

I q'd up for a game, but no champion icons showed up the entire time in champ select in any way, shape, or form.

I was invited by a friend to play intermediate bots on SR - we q'd up like normal. However, when we loaded into champ select, no champion icons what-so-ever were visible. I tried hovering my mouse, clicking, double-clicking, even right clicking. Also, it said my teammates had selected their champs, but I had no visuals for those either.

I've attempted to recreate this scenario, but it's only occurred to me once (luckily).
