Not happy with new patch made me get afk warning and more because of bug crash. Riot please respond

Ok so this is the second time today that i have started a game a game and when i enter loading screen it crashes. from this im not able to play at all as i cant get into game. Now i have a 10 min low priority queue for i dont know how long that i dont deserve. is there anyway you guys at riot can fix this bug so it doesnt happen to me or anyone else? Also is there anyway you can remove my low priority queue?
