[suggestion]Patch Notes tab -> table of content

TL;DR: make the patch notes table of content go down as we scroll down the patch since the right space is not used.

Here is a little suggestion. On the launcher's patch notes tab, there is the table of content at the right wich allow us to directly go to any part of the patch notes. As you go down we got a little button to go back up and use the links in the table of content to access another part.

But the space that this table of content would take as we go down is not used, why not make the table of content go down as we read it ?

This is bad as it is because this table of content expand when we click on something, but instead of expanding and letting us click on one of the expanded links, it directly takes us to the runes part of the patch, so the expanding bit is useless as it is.
