[FRIENDS LIST] VIsual issues with the new borders for levels 30/50/75/...

Hey,

So when i put my mouse over somebody on my friend list, it seems like the pop-up thingy show me the good level border for a split millisecond, and then directly redraw an empty one instead.

• Here is what i should be able to see. (from the article linked with this post.)
• Here is what i actually see. (It should show me the blue border for the level 50.)

Keep in mind that** it seems like I'm actually seeing the good border for just a split millisecond before the thing is refreshed.**

Am i the only one experiencing this issue ? Thank you !
