"Some queues will be disabled for maintenance" in my ranked champ select

2 minutes ago, I was in champ select, about to lock in, when I got an error saying my "queue has been disabled." The client then kicked me back to the main screen even though I could hear the countdown timer still going on in the background.

There was a brief notification about some queues going down for maintenance when I re-logged, but for some reason your own maintenance made me incur a queue dodging penalty. (Naturally I'm in my promos, the only time this kind of thing seems to happen.
