Rek'Sai's tunnel never disappeared nor could it be stepped on

Just had a game where one of my tunnels was indestructible. I have no idea how to reproduce, I'm just saying that it's there. Other team tried stepping on it and it wouldn't die. Also the timer went all the way out but the tunnel stayed there and was usable.
