Ornn Ult

I noticed when I play ornn in regular play his ult visual and the actual time to hit the ram for the second effect are off. I had to have my allies tell me in voice chat when to hit it again, because the visual was for the ram was so slow. This only happens though in ranked or draft, in training mode the bug is not present.
