Katarina E

Dear Riot,

I've been experiencing a bug on Katarina since Season 4, and a lot of other players I've talk to also experience the same bug. Occasionally, Katarina's E will simply not function. Whether it be Shunpo-ing onto a minion, ward, or champion, it just doesn't go. It sometimes results in heavy misplays and deaths.

I know that TiensinoAkuma used to mention this bug a lot in his stream (even though he stopped streaming now rip), and he was a challenger Katarina main.

Then again, with the rework coming in, I expect that fixing this bug might just be pointless if the E gets changed...
