Unfair losses...

I get that Riot has informed us of the game possibly crashing while on the loading screen, but out of the millions of players in League of Legends, i had two back to back games crash. Even though i am only in Silver elo, this has ended in me losing my promos when both games we're REMADE, but unfortunately counts as a LOSS for ME! It is unfair and I do not feel that i should be given two losses.

P.S. Even after two repairs i continued crashing. Their fix did not work.

Recent update, it is now 2:07 AM pacific. Because of Riot client crashing, i am now getting 10 minute waiting queues for 5 games.
