Riot has a bullshit system.

I got a 10 minute queue for 5 games, lost two games and lost my promos because my client kept crashing. I do not feel that it is fair and do find this report system quite unfair. ALSO, both of the games i lost we're remakes and I was the only one to receive a loss. Change this stupid system.
