How come I don't get my guaranteed role in my ranked promos?

This happened to me like 10 times already, and I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I think something is going wrong. I keep on getting secondary role in my guaranteed queue.

Its not a bug.

You simply get 1 of your two roles those games. Instead of the chance of getting auto filled.

It just means that you won't be autofilled.

You are guaranteed either your primary or secondary role.
