[GAMEPLAY] Darius Grabs Champions who Flash/Blink out of range
Recently, I have noticed this new bug with Darius in my games, where he is able to pull champions the instant after they flash out of range of his E. I am not sure whether this works with other blinks as well.
Action - Darius pulls and enemy who flashes before being pull
Intended Result - Enemy should blink a short distance away. If Darius manages to pull them before they flash, then the enemy who got pulled should not be able to flash, since they are cc'ed and traveling towards Darius
Observed Result - When Darius pulls an enemy, and they flash away from outside his pull range, the enemy is still pulled back towards Darius.
Why I think this is a bug - I have not seen this effect since before patch 4.18. In addition to this, it is frustrating for the enemy player, who correctly uses the summoner spell flash, yet still gets pulled back from outside apprehend's range, thus wasting a high cool down summoner spell.
Video Proof - While I do not have video proof of my own, this result can be observed twice in a video released by Video game dunkey, once at the very beginning of the video, and once at 1:05. In the first case, the enemy Darius clearly flashes before the friendly Darius uses apprehend , and is still pulled back, leading to his death. In the second case, the enemy fiddle flashes before Darius apprehend, and is still pulled back

I have experienced this in North America, in games with my Darius as well as the enemy Darius
