katarina bug (please fix)

so sometimes when i throw my Q as katarina the dagger dont fly 350 units forward. in stead it lands over me but without the dagger only the mark on the ground of where it landed i cant pick it up either and after 4 seconds it dissapear. it happens often when braum uses his shield when i throw Q
