Unable to Preselect [CLIENT]

I'm sure you've seen your fair share of this thread. I'm just another case, I guess. Time to time when I (and others I've played with) get into pregame lobbies, we'll get the option to preselect, per norm, but upon clicking any champion, it does not register i.e. Unable to Preselect (Sporadic occasions) I understand this is probably an insignificant issue, but especially if you play high ban rate champs, it sucks to have to try and type out to your team to not ban someone, especially if they don't look at the chat, or don't see that icon signifying that the champ was preselected when they go to ban a champ, etc. Just thought I'd throw my case in. I don't know how often this happens to others but I do know it's not just me and that it doesn't always happen. It happens every few games or so and sometimes will only happen for one lobby or multiple at a time. Like I said, it's sporadic. I figured its's just a UI bug or something, but thought I'd let it be known.
