Cant accept EULA agreement, screen is cut off, can't play, please help. Is it just me or did this new patch come with a host of bugs?

I got the same thing, I think it might be because of screen sizes but I can't play like this and my laptop can't connect to a bigger screen so I can't do that to accept the agreement.

Riot please notice us and our plight.

Just had a power outage and team lost the ARAM with 2 full towers while I was gone! RIOT says I left the game, and presented me with an agreement to not leave any further games? WTF!
