Client Screen Cut Off

After patch 4.20.... a decent amount of the right and bottom portion of the "launch" screen is completely cut off, non-existent. When I click the launch button, it takes me to the EULA agreement thing, I can scroll and read most of it, but there is no way to accept it... because you know the screen is cut off. I cannot play league, someone help before I commit to doing something worthwhile!
